1. Services
- We provide catering services for various events including but not limited to weddings (Nikkahs), corporate events, private parties, baby showers, matric balls and more.
- Our services include food preparation & delivery, as agreed upon with the client.
2. Booking and Payments
- To book our services, a 50% deposit is required. Details will be provided upon booking.
- Full payment is due 1 week before the event date.
- Payments can be made via EFT.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made prior to the ingredients purchased for your order are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a percentage of the total payment.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to waggiehomecuisine@gmail.com
4. Menu Selection
- Menu selections and dietary requirements must be confirmed upon acceptance of quote.
- Changes to the menu can be accommodated within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.
5. Liability
- While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our food and services, Waggie Home Cuisine shall not be liable for any allergies, illness, or damages arising from the consumption of our food if no dietary requirements was stated upon acceptance of quote.
6. Breakage or Loss of Platters
- Any items lost or broken will have a penalty fee of R150 - R200 per item.
- This includes glass, ceramic and wooden platters, trays and boards.
7. Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided to us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
- We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Waggie Home Cuisine and protected by copyright.
9. Changes to Terms
- Waggie Home Cuisine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
- Continued use of our website and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
